WHAT TO EXPECT: in therapy, your concerns, frustrations, fears will be unconditionally heard. We will work together to develop a plan for making the changes you desire. From a "CBT" (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) perspective, we focus on the impact of thoughts and beliefs on behavior and life choices. While I may act as a catalyst for the change process, the real work and subsequent outcomes will belong to you alone.

FINANCIAL: The session fee is $225 per 50 minute session ($250 intake session). I am a participating provider with many insurance companies (including Medicare and Tricare), but not with Medical Assistance. Coverage is confirmed prior to the first visit.

Some clients prefer the privacy of private-pay (check, credit card, Zelle, BTC, LTC or other crypto by arrangement.) and may be reimbursed in part under out-of-network provider provisions. The fee is typically eligible for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) reimbursement.

CANCELLATION: If a scheduled therapy appointment is missed without 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.

PRIVACY: My practice is fully compliant with HIPAA regulations. Click here to view the complete policy.

It may seem strange to those in health that our beliefs affect us. The fact is, there is nothing of us but belief. It is the whole capital and stock in trade of man. It is all that can be changed, and embraces everything man has made or ever will make.

UPDATE note: My practice is entirely via telehealth now, using the secure (and simple) Doxy portal, from the convenience of your home, work or vehicle.

I no longer perform forensic or neuropsychological evals,  but limited other forms of evaluation.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
